Welcome to the Reeds Spring Gifted Program Home Page for grades 7 and 8!

Also known as "Connect4", this program serves students in grades Kindergarten through 12 who have been identified as gifted. If you are interested in learning more about the Connect4 program for other grades, please start by going to the home page for the building that houses the grade you are interested in, and look me up in the staff directory. The type of services vary between grade levels, and you can find out more about our services on the "Connect4 Program" page.

Let me take a minute to introduce myself. After growing up in northern Virginia and graduating from Virginia Tech, I moved to the Ozarks to begin my life as an educator. I have been teaching in the Reeds Spring School district for 22 years. 9 of those years were spent teaching 3rd grade. I have been the Gifted Resource Teacher for our school district for 13 years. My husband and I have lived in the Reeds Spring School district for 24 years. We have 4 children, all will be K-12 graduates of Reeds Spring Schools. My oldest son is a senior at College of the Ozarks. My oldest daughter is a junior at the University of Missouri. I also have a set of twins that are seniors at Reeds Spring High School this year. My husband, Steve, is an administrator in our school district. We are very proud to be a part of the Reeds Spring School District and don't have a desire to be anywhere else!

I am very pleased with the Connect4 Program that we have developed at Reeds Spring. It is always changing and growing, but our goal is always the same: Strive to meet the needs of the gifted students in our school district. Again, to learn more about the services offered in the Connect4 Program, please click on the "Connect4 Program" page found in the menu to the right.

Thanks for visiting!
